But our life is dynamic and quite often turns in another direction, and we have to either like it or not, adapt to it. It happens that sometimes adaptation is not an easy and understandable process. And most of the time, obstacles like people and circumstances enter the stage to test our strengths, courage, and determination. Let's not forget the nerves. And here I am-to hear your story, together to find a way to help you, to support you through this transition to your new beginning. I will be the hand you need to hold sometimes or most of the time, but since Covid-19 appeared, we are not much into handshaking or holding hands, aren’t we? So, we better sit together and discuss what you want to achieve, what your expectations are as an outcome.
This is why I decided to become a hypnotherapist and to do my best to help people live their lives in a better way.
About me-I have the pleasure of training with Chrysalis-Hypnotherapy & Introduction to Counselling Skills, awarded by The Prince's Trust and accredited by the National Hypnotherapy Society. I was always curious about how the human brain works. Why, in the same situation, each one of us will react differently, why each of us will be affected differently. A school friend of mine, someone I used to know as a strong woman, a fighter, one of the brightest in class, a person that lived an active life, has found me through Facebook nearly twenty years after we parted school. I was shocked to learn of her story. Back then, her mom left her to live with her nan. This was the first time she felt abandoned. Her grandmother passed away. This is when she felt abandoned again. Moving on, she met a man, the first one in her life, got married, and set up home in another city. With time, the marriage proved it wasn’t meant to be. Her husband left her for another woman, and then she was completely crushed down. She started with panic attacks, fear of abandonment. She was afraid to go out and meet people. She stayed at home, jobless, dependant on someone to go with her to the nearest shop.
That was the first time I started to think, what actually happened to that lively, bubbly person, that was one of the most active at school. I was trying to encourage her over the phone and she had some progress, going out, walking around her house, then expanding the walk in the neighbourhood, starting riding her bike, etc.
Lately, life brought back friends, living with addictions, friends that needed help but they didn't know how to ask or not even have the courage to ask, to be supported, to go back on track.
